Private Individual Coaching

How we’ll work together:


  • This is a 12-week Body Positivity + Weight Loss Program that will teach you how to eat the foods you want, lose your weight one pound at a time, and love yourself along the way.

  • Private, 1:1 coaching — I focus on you.

  • 16 sessions, up to 60 minutes each.

  • We’ll start with two sessions per week for the first month, and one session per week for months two and three. This will give you the foundation for success in your weight loss journey.

  • You will learn the power of:

    • Micro-changes to your eating

    • Micro-changes to your thoughts

    • Daily journaling

    • Your mind and loving yourself now

    • Eating only when you are hungry, and stopping when you are satisfied

  • Exercise — not necessary to lose your weight.

  • The program will be personalized to meet your unique needs.

  • The goal is for you to lose your weight for the very last time.
